SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions
These terms govern the GetZeus SMS appointment-messaging program. By opting in, you agree to them. Last updated May 22, 2026.
Program operator
The GetZeus SMS messaging program is operated by Elias Siqueira, doing business as GetZeus(a registered Florida fictitious name, registration number G26000060867). Messages are sent on behalf of the local service business you are working with (your “service provider”).
The program
When you opt in, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from GetZeus on behalf of your service provider. Messages include appointment reminders, service-window updates, and direct replies to questions you send.
How you opt in
You opt in through the GetZeus web opt-in form by entering your name and mobile number and affirmatively checking an unchecked-by-default consent box. Consent is strictly optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can receive all services from your service provider without ever opting in to text messages.
Message frequency and cost
Message frequency varies, typically two to four messages per scheduled job. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. GetZeus does not charge you for the messages.
Opting out and help
Reply STOP at any time to cancel. You will receive a confirmation message and then no further texts. Reply START to resubscribe. Reply HELP for help, or email nico@getzeus.com.
Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change at any time without notice.
Privacy
Your information is handled per our SMS Messaging Privacy Policy. In short: your mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued participation after a change means you accept the updated terms.
